I'M BACK!!!

I took a longer hiatus than I wanted to, but it was much needed. So...Here is what I have been up too.

We took our son out of school in December of 2017 to homeschool him. I thought I would be able to homeschool and write, but I was very wrong. Homeschooling kept taking up more and more of my time and I realized that I was only writing for about 2 hours a week....If that. I was starting to get stressed out trying to keep up with everything...Not to mention going to basketball games for 3 boys...That is a LOT of driving.

I took the hiatus and was only planning on going from September to the beginning of December. In November we started looking at houses to buy. That took up more time and brought on a lot more stress than intended. We found a house and then the process started and the packing started.. Anyone who has bought a house knows how stressful it all is. We moved in on December 15th and there was the unpacking and cleaning of the old house and Christmas and New Years. I wanted to scream.

I am so thankful to be in and settled in our new place. We put our youngest son back in public school (which he is loving so far), and it freed me up to get back to writing. I can't explain how much I actually missed writing.

I am in the process of re-editing the Secrets of Ullumia series. I want to apologize to anyone who bought that series. It was not my best work, I felt rushed and wanted to get it out. Going through and editing I am embarrassed at how many mistakes are in there. I will be putting all 3 books into 1 book, but broken up in their own. I am having fun reading it again. I do love the book and the story, there was just to many mistakes. I am hoping to get this done by June. I released the first book on my Birthday 2 years ago, so I am looking to release it again on my birthday.. This time a better version.

I am still working on the fairytale book. I am writing all 3 of the books before I do all the edits and publish it. I want this one to be perfect so I intend to take my time to make it enjoyable for everyone. I hope to have the first draft of all 3 books done by December. I am not sure how long I will wait between each release, but I promise I won't make you wait to long.

I have a few ideas for a new book that I am not ready to share with the world yet, but one thing at a time.

I have missed this so much!! It's good to be back.
